You are a nurse in the cardiology ward. Your patient is being discharged after a mild heart attack.

Patient: Mr. Jacob Finn

Admission: 1 August 2025
Discharge: 6 August 2025
Diagnosis: Non-ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI)
Treatment:
• Aspirin, beta-blocker, statin
• Angiography: one artery partially blocked
• Advised: no surgery needed; medication management
• Cardiac rehab introduced (education, exercise advice)
Medical History:
• Smoker (quit 2022)
• Hypertension
• Slightly overweight
Discharge Instructions:
• Lifestyle changes (low-fat diet, daily walking)
